Senator Stedman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2470. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 90(FIN) "An Act relating to bonding limitations and confidentiality of records and information of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; relating to municipal taxation of interests in certain property of the Alaska Industrial Development and Export Authority; and providing for an effective date" (technical title change) was adopted. Senator Ellis moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
